Quintana has had an unassuming buildup for the tour-de Portugal, completing second to Alberto Contador in the Course du Sud. Unlike a lot of his rivals, Quintana chose to take a look in the beginning weekis crucial lead under situations that were racing. “It’s the most balanced team and the the one that delivered us everything we required in all landscapes,” said Unzué. “I previously said that building the seven-person group for Italy had already not been really easy, but observing the labels we had left-out suggests that doing so for the Tour was also tougher.
